Billing and Subscription Data<\/h3>\r\n\r\n          <p>When you subscribe to a paid plan or use a billable feature, we may process:<\/p>\r\n\r\n          <ul>\r\n            <li>your name or company name;<\/li>\r\n            <li>your billing address;<\/li>\r\n            <li>your country;<\/li>\r\n            <li>your company name;<\/li>\r\n            <li>your VAT number, where provided;<\/li>\r\n            <li>your subscription plan;<\/li>\r\n            <li>the status and dates of your subscription;<\/li>\r\n            <li>technical identifiers used to link your Peliku account to Stripe;<\/li>\r\n            <li>certain information relating to the status of your payment method.<\/li>\r\n          <\/ul>\r\n\r\n          <p>Payments are processed by Stripe.<\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            Peliku does not store full payment card numbers, security codes or other sensitive banking information required to process payments. This information is collected and processed directly by Stripe.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            Invoices are also managed by Stripe and may be accessed from Peliku.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            Applicable VAT may be determined automatically using Stripe Tax based on the available billing information.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <h3>2.3. Content Created in Peliku<\/h3>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            When you use Peliku, we may store information that you create or import into the application, including:\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <ul>\r\n            <li>content ideas;<\/li>\r\n            <li>titles;<\/li>\r\n            <li>descriptions;<\/li>\r\n            <li>scripts;<\/li>\r\n            <li>notes;<\/li>\r\n            <li>storyboards;<\/li>\r\n            <li>sequences;<\/li>\r\n            <li>tasks;<\/li>\r\n            <li>preparation information;<\/li>\r\n            <li>calendars and publication dates;<\/li>\r\n            <li>publication settings;<\/li>\r\n            <li>thumbnails and previews;<\/li>\r\n            <li>other information required to organise your content.<\/li>\r\n          <\/ul>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            This information is processed in order to provide Peliku's features and remains accessible to authorised members of the workspaces to which it belongs.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <h3>2.4. Contacts and Information Concerning Third Parties<\/h3>\r\n\r\n          <p>Peliku allows you to manage contacts.<\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            You may therefore store certain information concerning individuals who do not necessarily have a Peliku account, such as:\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <ul>\r\n            <li>surname;<\/li>\r\n            <li>first name;<\/li>\r\n            <li>email address;<\/li>\r\n            <li>telephone number;<\/li>\r\n            <li>notes;<\/li>\r\n            <li>follow-up or reminder information.<\/li>\r\n          <\/ul>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            When you add information concerning third parties, you are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate legal basis for using it in Peliku and, where necessary, for informing those individuals about the processing of their personal data.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section class=\"peliku-legal-section\" id=\"files-storage\">\r\n          <div class=\"peliku-legal-section-number\">03<\/div>\r\n          <h2>Files and Peliku Storage<\/h2>\r\n\r\n          <h3>3.1. Files Stored Directly by Peliku<\/h3>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            Peliku allows files to be stored directly within the Service.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            Depending on your plan, you may store video, image and audio files subject to the available formats, file-size limits and storage quotas.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            Files stored directly in Peliku are hosted using Cloudflare R2.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            Our storage configuration is designed to use a storage jurisdiction located within the European Union.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            Files stored by Peliku are not made publicly accessible directly from the storage infrastructure.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            When a file needs to be viewed, downloaded or transmitted to an authorised service, Peliku uses, in particular, temporary signed access mechanisms that are time-limited and revocable.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <div class=\"peliku-legal-important\">\r\n            <p>\r\n              <strong>The current maximum size for a file stored in Peliku is 50 GB.<\/strong>\r\n            <\/p>\r\n          <\/div>\r\n\r\n          <h3>3.2. Storage Quotas<\/h3>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            The storage capacity included depends on the user's plan or account status.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            The applicable capacities and prices are those displayed in Peliku and on our pricing pages at the time the Service is used.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            Eligible users may also voluntarily activate additional storage billed according to actual usage.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            Additional storage is measured according to the volume stored and the length of time for which it is retained.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            The applicable price, any included allowance and the billing conditions are presented to the user before activation.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <h3>3.3. Voluntary File Deletion<\/h3>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            When you select \u201cPermanently delete from Peliku\u201d, the relevant file is permanently deleted from Peliku storage.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>This action is irreversible.<\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            The file is not moved to a recycle bin, and the corresponding storage capacity is released once deletion has been finalised.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            When a file is used in one or more pieces of content, Peliku may warn you before deletion and remove the corresponding references.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <h3>3.4. End of Subscription<\/h3>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            When a subscription providing access to storage effectively ends, the relevant files may enter a temporary retention period to allow them to be recovered.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            The current retention period is 30 days from the effective end of the relevant access.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            During this period, access may be restricted and the user may, in particular, be invited to retrieve their files or reactivate a subscription.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            At the end of this period, the relevant files are intended to be permanently deleted from Peliku storage, unless a new valid entitlement, grace period or other situation provided for by the Service prevents such deletion.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section class=\"peliku-legal-section\" id=\"external-storage\">\r\n          <div class=\"peliku-legal-section-number\">04<\/div>\r\n          <h2>Google Drive and Dropbox<\/h2>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            Peliku may be connected to external storage services such as Google Drive or Dropbox.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            In this case, Peliku may retain certain metadata necessary to use the file, such as:\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <ul>\r\n            <li>its external identifier;<\/li>\r\n            <li>its name;<\/li>\r\n            <li>its type;<\/li>\r\n            <li>its link;<\/li>\r\n            <li>its thumbnail or preview, where available.<\/li>\r\n          <\/ul>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            By default, a file selected from Google Drive or Dropbox remains hosted by the relevant provider.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            Peliku creates a copy in its own storage only when the user explicitly requests that the file be imported into Peliku.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            Files remaining with Google Drive or Dropbox remain subject to the terms and retention policies of those services.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            An external service can be disconnected through the settings available in Peliku.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n        <\/section>\r\n\r\n        <section class=\"peliku-legal-section\" id=\"social-connections\">\r\n          <div class=\"peliku-legal-section-number\">05<\/div>\r\n          <h2>Connecting Social Media Accounts<\/h2>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            Peliku allows certain social media accounts to be connected in order to facilitate content preparation, publication, scheduling and performance monitoring.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            The features available depend on the connected platform and the permissions you grant.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <h3>5.1. Instagram \/ Meta<\/h3>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            When you connect a professional or creator Instagram account, Peliku may, depending on the permissions granted:\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <ul>\r\n            <li>identify the connected account;<\/li>\r\n            <li>retrieve its name, username and avatar;<\/li>\r\n            <li>publish Reels;<\/li>\r\n            <li>schedule their publication from Peliku;<\/li>\r\n            <li>retrieve publication statuses;<\/li>\r\n            <li>access certain statistics and information relating to content and the account.<\/li>\r\n          <\/ul>\r\n\r\n          <p>\r\n            Peliku uses permissions granted through Meta\/Instagram's official mechanisms.\r\n          <\/p>\r\n\r\n          <h3>5.2. TikTok<\/h3>\r\n\r\n          <ul>\r\n            <li>identify your TikTok account;<\/li>\r\n            <li>retrieve certain public information or account statistics;<\/li>\r\n            <li>access videos required for authorised features;<\/li>\r\n            <li>publish videos;<\/li>\r\n            <li>schedule their publication from Peliku;<\/li>\r\n            <li>apply publication options provided by TikTok;<\/li>\r\n            <li>retrieve certain content statistics.<\/li>\r\n          <\/ul>\r\n\r\n          <h3>5.3. YouTube \/ Google<\/h3>\r\n\r\n          <ul>\r\n            <li>identify the channel;<\/li>\r\n            <li>retrieve its name and avatar;<\/li>\r\n            <li>upload videos and Shorts;<\/li>\r\n            <li>transmit titles, descriptions, tags and other publication settings;<\/li>\r\n            <li>manage the requested visibility;<\/li>\r\n            <li>transmit a custom thumbnail;<\/li>\r\n            <li>schedule publication;<\/li>\r\n            <li>retrieve certain YouTube data and statistics.<\/li>\r\n          <\/ul>\r\n\r\n          <h3>5.4.
