When using the Peliku service, the following data may be collected:

User Generated Content
– content ideas
– scripts
– descriptions
– titles
– tags
– thumbnails

The data entered into the application (storyboards, content, scripts, media, etc.)
is stored and processed solely for the purpose of operating the service.

External Media Metadata
– file name
– file type
– file size
– external identifier (Google Drive / Dropbox)
– preview or thumbnail (when available)

Peliku does not store or host media files.
Files remain on the user’s connected third-party storage (such as Google Drive or Dropbox).

Technical Data
– IP address
– browser type
– connection information
– technical logs

Payment Data
Payments are processed by Stripe.
Peliku does not store any banking information.

Purpose of data processing

The collected data may be used to :

– provide the Peliku application features
– manage user accounts
– organize and manage user-generated content
– display and manage external media files via connected third-party services
– manage subscriptions and payments
– improve the service
– ensure platform security

Legal basis for processing

Personal data is processed on the following legal bases :

  • contractual necessity, in order to provide the Peliku service and manage user accounts and subscriptions;
  • legal obligations, including accounting and billing requirements;
  • legitimate interests, such as maintaining platform security, preventing fraud, and improving the service.

Third-party services

Some data may be processed by technical providers:

Supabase: database and authentication.
Stripe: payment processing and subscription management.
OVHcloud: website hosting.
Lovable Cloud: application infrastructure services.
Google Analytics: website traffic analysis.
Google Drive / Dropbox: external file storage and media access.

These third-party services may process data necessary for the operation of the platform.

Access to external files depends on:
– the user’s connected account
– the permissions granted to Peliku
– the sharing settings defined by the user

International data transfers

Some personal data may be processed outside the European Union by trusted third-party service providers involved in hosting, infrastructure, analytics or payment processing.

Where such transfers occur, appropriate safeguards are implemented in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Data retention

Peliku retains personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and fulfill its legal obligations.

Account and usage data (such as account information, projects, and metadata) are retained for the duration of the user’s account and may be deleted upon account deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.

Peliku does not store or host media files.
All media files remain on the user’s connected third-party services (such as Google Drive or Dropbox).

The retention and deletion of these files are governed solely by the policies and settings of the respective third-party services.

User rights

In accordance with GDPR, users have the following rights :

  • right to rectification

  • right to deletion

  • right to restriction of processing

Account deletion

Users may request deletion of their account at any time.

Upon account deletion:
– all personal data stored within Peliku (such as account information, projects, and metadata) will be permanently deleted, unless retention is required for legal or regulatory purposes.

Peliku does not store media files.
As a result, deleting a Peliku account does not delete any files stored on third-party services such as Google Drive or Dropbox.

Users are responsible for managing and deleting their files directly from their connected third-party storage services.
