Purpose
Les présentes conditions régissent l’utilisation du service Peliku disponible via :

Peliku is a software application designed to help creators and teams plan, organize and manage video production workflows.
Peliku acts as a management and collaboration interface. It does not host or store media files.
Access to the service
Access to Peliku requires the creation of a user account.
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Registration may be completed :
via email
via a Google account
External file storage
Peliku allows users to connect third-party storage services such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
Media files are not stored on Peliku servers.
They remain on the user’s connected third-party accounts.
Access to these files depends on:
– the connected account
– the permissions granted
– the sharing settings configured by the user
Peliku does not guarantee access to files if:
– files are deleted on third-party services
– permissions are modified or revoked
– the third-party account is disconnected or unavailable
Account and workspace access
Peliku provides access to personal and shared workspaces depending on the user’s subscription plan (Creator, Team, Enterprise).
Users may be invited to collaborative workspaces. Access rights and permissions depend on the workspace owner and the subscription plan.
Workspace owners are responsible for managing members, invitations and access permissions.
Collaboration d'équipe and invitations
Users may invite collaborators to shared workspaces depending on their subscription plan.
Invited users may access and interact with shared content within the workspace they are assigned to.
Peliku is not responsible for actions performed by invited members within a workspace.
Service availability
Peliku is provided as an online software service (SaaS).
The publisher strives to ensure reasonable availability of the service. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:
technical maintenance
updates
technical incidents
third-party infrastructure interruptions
Acceptable use
Users agree not to use the Peliku service to store, distribute or promote illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malicious software, engage in spam, hacking, or any unlawful activity.
Users also agree not to misuse the platform in a way that could disrupt the service, compromise its security, or interfere with other users.
User content
Users are solely responsible for the content they create, store or publish through the service.
Users guarantee that their content:
complies with applicable laws
does not infringe third-party rights
does not violate intellectual property rights
Hoody Studio does not perform prior control over such content.
Data retention and deletion
After subscription cancellation, access to certain features may be restricted.
If a user exceeds their storage quota after cancellation, Peliku reserves the right to automatically delete files after a retention period of 14 days.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for :
loss of data
loss of business
loss of revenue
indirect damages
The total liability of the publisher shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree not to use the Peliku service to store, distribute or promote illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malicious software or engage in any unlawful activity.
TERMS OF SALE
Subscription
Peliku offers subscription-based plans: Creator, Team and Enterprise.
Each plan includes specific features, limits and access levels.
Free trial
Peliku offers a 14-day free trial with access to Team features.
At the end of the trial, access may be restricted unless a subscription is activated.
Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Users are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
Cancellation
Les utilisateurs peuvent annuler leur abonnement à tout moment depuis les paramètres de leur compte.
L’annulation prend effet à la fin de la période de facturation en cours.
Après annulation, la conservation et la suppression des données sont régies par la section relative à la politique de suppression des données.
Refund policy
Payments already processed are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Enterprise plan and members
The Enterprise plan includes a fixed number of members.Additional members are billed separately according to the pricing displayed on the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
Any disputes relating to the service shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
DATA DELETION POLICY
After subscription cancellation, users retain access to their Peliku account and data until the end of the current billing period.
Peliku does not store or host media files.
All files remain on the user’s connected third-party services (such as Google Drive or Dropbox).
As a result:
– Peliku does not delete or retain media files
– file availability depends on the third-party service and user permissions
Users are responsible for managing, exporting or deleting their files directly from their external storage services.
Users can delete their Peliku account directly from the application.
Account deletion results in the permanent deletion of data stored within Peliku, including:
– account information
– projects and content
– associated metadata
Media files are not affected by account deletion and remain stored on the user’s third-party services.
Some information may be temporarily retained to comply with legal obligations.

Requests are processed within a maximum of 30 days.
